Zucchini tomato pasta.
Tossed green salad with turkey bacon topping, cukes, tomatoes, celery, peppers. Caesar dressing.
Dessert: Apple, Brie.

Must have at least 20 ingredients. And I threw in a small, hard piece of Parm for extra flavor.
Much time and dedication necessary, but the payoff is worth it.

(10,645 posts)Used the pea pods to make a stock (at the price of fresh peas I'm not going to throw them out unused!), it's currently cooking slowly. Also threw in the 3 green beans that for some reason ended up in the bag with the green onions.
