3. Not sure - figuring it out now

I'm on my own tonight. Perusing leftovers and quick fixes.

BBQ ribs with baked sweet potato won over the spicy roast chicken thighs.

Bell pepper slices, celery sticks, and baby carrots with whipped cream cheese or maybe blue cheese dressing. Some ripe olives too.

Klondike bar (no sugar added variety)

The menu will likely change as I explore the 'frig more deeply.

Had part of a deli chicken left, simmered it in water, then boned it. Added some mixed vegs and seasoning to the little bit of broth, made biscuit dough. Added the chicken to the vegs, put it all into an 8" X 8" pan, topped it with spots of biscuit dough and baked it as 400 for 20 minutes. The chicken and vegetables were moist, but not brothy.

I also put together some jalepeno chicken. Shouldn't have to cook till Tuesday.

I went to a graduation party. Had a brownie there.

with whole-milk Greek yoghurt.

I'll be having more throughout the week: enough for 5 more meals!

I could have them for 5 more meals, too!

I looked up a recipe for keftedes since I didn't know much about them. Found some interesting suggestions for menu accompaniments.
