It was all good, and there's bunches of leftovers. Plus it's only 4:22 here so you've traveled back in time!

K was hungry so we ate early.

I bought a fancy air fryer/other cooking stuff machine last week and today I prepared it for use. I was with a friend who was shopping for one and I ended up buying one too.

I used his last weekend and made kabobs, on a rotisserie gadget it has, holds 8 skewers. Everything tasted so intensely wonderful, now I am trying to decide what I want to make first, something simple. I think I want to try the flat trays next...

Okay, I think I'll make pork chops on the upper tray with sliced potatoes, carrots and onions on the lower tray, now I have figure out time and temps.

A slice of tiramisu for desert and maybe a cup of tea.

It's our 49th anniversary, so we went to a local very good - but rather expensive - local restaurant. It's our yearly treat.
