Was just reading about dehydrating tomatoes, then grinding them up into powder. Instant tomato paste!

have such a great taste and are much better than just plain dried fruit.

from Fresh Market and from Dollar Tree. They are really delicious. We just eat them as a snack. We haven't done anything creative with them (though I'm thinking of blending them into margaritas). We got freeze dried mangos that are good but strawberry is spectacular.
