What's for Dinner, Tues., June 20, 2023

Sesame chicken strips.

Veggies on an oat flax wrap. Freshly cut romaine, chopped veggies such as carrots, green pepper, scallion, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, cucumbers; mozzarella cubes. Cashews and chopped dill on top, then wrap it up. Used a little sweet onion dressing on the vegetables before wrapping.

Dessert: fudgesicle.

It’s hot and I’m tired, so no cooking tonight. I had just a bowl of cottage cheese topped with strawberries. I would have liked a beer as well, but forgot to buy some.
