Sesame chicken strips.
Veggies on an oat flax wrap. Freshly cut romaine, chopped veggies such as carrots, green pepper, scallion, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, cucumbers; mozzarella cubes. Cashews and chopped dill on top, then wrap it up. Used a little sweet onion dressing on the vegetables before wrapping.
Dessert: fudgesicle.

pour it all into a 9x12 pan
bake 350 for 30 minutes ...

Its hot and Im tired, so no cooking tonight. I had just a bowl of cottage cheese topped with strawberries. I would have liked a beer as well, but forgot to buy some.
