What's for Dinner, Fri., June 23, 2023

Salmon kebabs with cherry tomato, onion, and green pepper.

Tossed green salad with romaine and black-seeded Simpson; muenster cheese cubes, garbanzos, red onion, tomatoes, and 1,000 Island dressing.

Dessert: chocolate chip thinsters (it's a low-carb cookie), and cold decaf.

We’re dining at the Coinjock Marina & Restaurant and the prime rib is famous among boaters on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Baked potatoes and cole slaw as sides.

Chocolate sundaes for dessert.

My cardiologist would be appalled!

With fresh lemonade. We've got enough of this year's lemon juice still in the freezer to last a few more weeks, then it's back to buying supermarket lemons until next winter.

with mushroom, eggplant, and asparagus, and cornbread I found in the freezer and defrosted. Was going to have leftovers, but the pot pie can wait until lunch tomorrow.
