I'm only cooking for one tonight. I might eat out instead though, in which case probably Mexican because I have a taste for it today. Plus I just remembered I'm flat out of chili oil for the noodles. Horrors!

I didn't feel like cooking today. So, ham, turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomatoes & green peppers.

a caprese salad with local tomatoes and basil, and steamed local broccoli for sides. All courtesy of my weeknight chef, my son. He's becoming quite a cook - I think he was taught well

My brother loves to cook. Too bad he travels often (but rarely to here) and lives 1,000+ 'away.'
