What's for Dinner, Tues., July 25, 2023

I had to order Chinese for tonight because I injured my arm. Just got back from the doc. I was pulling crabgrass. That stuff is brutal.

Anyway, I ordered more eggrolls since theywere so good when I got them the other day. Sesame noodles, which I haven't had in an age. And some mu shu pork.

No-sugar cola to drink.

We had one helluva thunderstorm here this afternoon. I missed most of it because I was in the doctor's office but I had to wait 20" to even leave for home!

Mixed greens salad with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion rings and Balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Broiled filet mignons served with fried onions and mushrooms. We’re splitting a baked potato.

Burgundy wine and ice water for beverages.

Raspberries for dessert.

His autism makes him a picky eater, so dinner was pretty plain—roast chicken, broccoli, and brown rice.
