What's for Dinner, Mon., July 31, 2023

Posting early due to work.

Broccoli pizza with red pepper flakes on naan bread.

Pomegranate kombucha.

For dessert, my Zaini chocolates from Italy, which the RG got me for my birthday. He does this every year. I try to just have one a day.

They are insanely good. I think about them all day until dinner time, when I get to have one.

Which Zaini chocolates do you prefer? Just googled, and now I'm thinking about chocolate!

(I'm just now having Tea and Toast, Earl Grey tea of course. Recovering from a cold, so thoroughly confused.)

wrapped in the gold wrapper. I think this chocolate is blended with hazelnut.

Summer colds are no fun; I sure hope you are feeling better soon!

Cold's 'improving' slowly, so will know more 'later,' like around 9 a.m. I hope. Weather's good; hope I can appreciate it.

A couple weeks back I asked about Cumin Club Indian vegetarian dehydrated food. I found a 5 pack for a price I considered fair.

Tonight's dinner will be Dal Chawla, a Punjab inspired yellow lentils and rice. I'm adding in some veggies I have on hand.
