Just made a coconut milkshake.

1/3 c. coconut milk
2/3 c. 1% milk
1-1/2 c vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Just what the doctor ordered . . . . .

Prolly be good with pineapple added too.

Here’s a boozy shake for ya.

Couple three or four shots Malibu Rum,
Half cup pineapple juice, couple scoops vanilla ice cream.

More or less booze to taste.
The rum isn’t super strong.
