Simple dinner tonight. Spaghetti with marinara sauce. Two Italian sweet sausages. Salad.

I'll make a pan sauce to have with the scallops.

french fries. Cream filled sandwich cookies for dessert.

Large serving of leftover garden salad with some shredded sharp cheese and some chopped stuffed green olives topped with ranch dressing

A massive chicken enchilada, also a leftover.

Cantaloupe chunks and blueberries - this is a nice combination

and stir fried vegetables (green beans, broccoli and carrots) on rice (cauliflower rice for me). We have a couple ripe peaches so that'll probably be dessert.

I should have posted yesterday about my cabbage roll adventure. They didn't turn out too bad, and I'll probably try making them again some time. My advice, though, is not to buy too big a cabbage. Well, if someone hadn't grabbed the last savoy cabbage at the Farmers Market before I could ....

Also cut up n boiled all the sweet potatoes we had left n mashed ‘‘em up
N froze them
Bought a box last sept. Had about 12 left.
