2-3 pieces of sushi for the appetizer.

Fig-ricotta ravioli with almond sauce. (It's like bechemel but no carb).

Tossed green salad with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Dessert: Watermelon and cherries.

Later on, a Zaini chocolate and cold decaf coffee.

The last one in the freezer, brined overnight, slow baked and BBQ sauce to finish

Coleslaw, I bought a kit and threw out the packet of sugar pretending to be dressing. Rather than using the no sugar coleslaw dressing which has way to much sweetener I'm trying a no sugar creamy poppy seed dressing TJ bought. It is very tangy and not so sweet so I think the slaw will be fine.

I cut a giant sweet potato into wedges and wrapped in foil to bake.

I suspect TJ will sleep through dinner but I'm getting together with FLFC's best friend and sharing my dinner.

paneer, dal, vegetables -the leftovers from a dinner a few weeks ago. I like a lot of different dishes, and I've taken to making enough for a few meals and freezing most of it so there's a variety of dishes in the freezer.
