Dad had spaghetti and shrimp w/ white clam sauce and a garden salad w/ Thousand Island dressing.

Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream. I found this new water at Aldi called Hint...it is just water with fruit essence. I really like it. Edit for dessert. I had sugar-free strawberry jello with slices of banana and whipped cream. My Mom made this as a dessert when I was a kid...and I still like it. She used full sugar jello though.

Almost time to start dinner.
