had cottage cheese in ages. I also wanted to revisit the taste of applesauce + cottage cheese mixture that Mom used to feed us when we were young like 6 and under.

I have an Instant Pot arriving today, ughh, I'll have to unpack and figure out that beast. That won't stop me from making breakfast, maybe scrambled eggs and potatos and some meat of some kind (I don't have sausage, so hamburger or turkey).

Since I recovered partly after being sick for 2 months, I've found a new interest in food and cooking.

After coffee, a stint in the garden, then I’m thinking kimchi scrambled eggs would probably hit the spot.

And of course it comes with a warning never to use an extension cord, as if some electrician went crazy and installed outlets every 3 feet. My house was built in 1967 in the era before the short cord era (Well most applicances I've seen lately, made and written in China, say extension cords may be used with care).

I had scrambled eggs, hamburger, potatoes earlier.
