What's for Dinner, Thurs., Oct. 12, 2023

No time to cook this evening, so happy to be able to choose from a few dishes in my refrigerator.

The rear brakes and sway bar on my car went out, so I've been very busy having the car towed and dealing with the mechanic. By tomorrow a.m., though, I should have my car back.

To the tabouli, I added added cherry tomatoes, black olives, scallions, avocados, feta cheese and I sprinkled olive oil over it; added freshly ground black pepper.

Cherry kombucha.

Glad you're okay, NJCher!

We brought back some she-crab soup from Maryland so we'll start with a cupful each.

Linguini in a fresh clam sauce of olive oil, garlic, chopped fresh parsley, ground pepper and cherry tomato halves topped with shaved fresh Parmesan cheese.

A small green salad and some Chianti o round it out.

Imperial your repair bill is reasonable!

We just ate an early dinner of homemade pizza.

Toss salad later this evening for a snack.
