80/20 ground beef fresh, ground this morning
Swiss cheese on mine with lettuce, tomato and onion.
On a Martins potato slider bun

Crinkle fries from the freezer baked crispy

I will have a garden salad later on.

When we have these I always think of FLFC because it was his favorite.

the ULTIMATE ENDLESS SHRIMP. I started out with their Walt's fried Shrimp, Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. I was full when the waitress asked if I wanted to try one of their new Shrimps, Tequila Lime or Crispy Dragon? I asked for their new Grilled Tequila Lime Shrimp. I thought it was okay, but not my favorite. Anyways I'm stuffed and had my full of shrimp for awhile.

Had some leftover tea-smoked duck from Chinese take-out on Monday, so I cut it off the bones and diced it. Then I soaked some "wild mushroom mix" (that's what it said on the container) in water for a few hours. Then I sauteed the mushrooms and duck in butter, used the soaking liquid from the mushrooms (plus enough additional water) to make the polenta, and served it with the duck/mushroom mix on top. Apples for dessert.
