of bread: cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, shrimp, grapes. I'm really enjoying it. Plus it doesn't spike my blood sugar. I bought a Fondue pot that comes with a stand that plugs in.

It says swiss cheese on it. It tastes great so I don't need to make it from scratch.
