later, oatmeal with blueberries.

With cheddar, on a slice of wheat toast.
Yesterday I cooked a “ large” dinner and had half an onion left, an extra baked tater in fridge, and Lo and Behold! a can of corned beef was in back of the pantry.
Wasn’t a real corn beef hash, but tasted pretty darn good

avocado salmon roll. Wasabi and pickled ginger. I had to have something to clear out my head.

Ginger kombucha.

Dark Chinese tea.

Here's a pic of the utility company tearing up the private road yesterday. This was where I was so sleepy getting my car out that I ran into a big pile of asphalt:



Fortunately I got my car out with no trouble.
