With cheddar, on a slice of wheat toast.
Yesterday I cooked a large dinner and had half an onion left, an extra baked tater in fridge, and Lo and Behold! a can of corned beef was in back of the pantry.
Wasnt a real corn beef hash, but tasted pretty darn good
