(22,883 posts)Everything is fresh. First, we made two mid-sized doughs. One has tomato sauce, sliced baby Bella mushrooms, thinly sliced onions, minced garlic, anchovies and sliced black olives topped with fresh mozzarella cheese. The other has the same but pepperoni slices instead of anchovies. Before serving, theyll be dusted with grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
Caesar salad and Chianti.

(5,113 posts)Made with my favorite fried rice protein, diced up jalapeño brauts. Sounds kinda weird but the light smoke flavor is perfect with everything else.
Coke to drink, and about to pour a fresh cup of coffee to have with my dessert cookies (vanilla sandwich).
Retrograde
(10,646 posts)with caramelized onions and the leftover chorizo from yesterday. Lunch tomorrow will be leftover macaroni and cheese.
The chorizo tasted great, but it did give the dish an unusual color
