Chicken legs
1 cup jam or jelly
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Put the chicken in bottom of slow-cooker
Mix the rest until well combined
Pour over chicken
Put on lid and cook 4 hours on high or 5-6 on low

Easy, Peasy

5. The recipe.

Chicken wings 1 kg / 2.2 pounds.
1 tablespoon baking powder 15 g / 0.5 oz.
Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse the chicken wings with water.
salt and black pepper.
4 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon butter.
Fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3 tablespoons tomato paste.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of honey.
1 tablespoon mustard.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Add the sauce and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
1/2 cup Coca-Cola Soft Drink 120 ml / 4.1 fl oz.
Cook over low heat with the lid on for 20 minutes.

Honey and coke?

I like Alton Brown's way of doing wings, even though it's time-consuming. It starts with steaming them to get some of the fat out, then roasting them in the oven. When they're done, toss with what ever sauce you like. They're not as heavy as fried wings, and IMHO taste better.
