I have a pineapple and was thinking how nice a bran muffin would go with it, however, I didn't get out to buy any so instead I am having half a raisin bagel with chicken liver mousse on it.

Dark Chinese tea.

Thinking about how to use up some avocados for a dish I'll make later.
