Drank it on the porch for sunrise. It was clear to the east and the sunrise was quite colorful, peeking below a layer of clouds. Now the sun is above those clouds.

Then more coffee and toasted whole wheat English muffin with butter.

Is a sunset. Taken looking toward NYC from Eagle Rock Mountain, where the 9/11 Memorial is located.

Black coffee for one and espresso for another from Death Wish beans already.

Later fried egg, salami, Swiss, toasted English.

Ultra sharp cheddar instead of Swiss. Yum.

I'm having someone over to help me install a new cabinet in my utility room, so we have to clear the whole room out. Lotta' work, so I'm having a big breakfast.

Avocado toast with 2 slices of turkey bacon.

The other half of the braised pears I made yesterday and a few no sugar tea biscuits with vanilla hummus.

Decaf coffee.

Cabbage, carrot and a little shredded onion. Used a tiny bit of pancake mix and an egg yolk. Very savory and satisfying.
