Posting early due to working late.Roasted acorn squash with chorizo-vegetable stuffing. The vegetables are chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic, and Israeli couscous. The chorizo is really hot. Maybe I should add some tomato to tone it down. It's very tender, though, as I put it in the slow cooker last night, then drained off any fat (not much).
Side dish is yellow crookneck squash zoodles with goat's cheese and gremolata (parsley, lemon, olive oil). Might put some marjoram on, too.
Kombucha is peach/pineapple
Dessert: decaf coffee and no sugar tea biscuits with vanilla hummus and toasted pecans.

Kung Pao tofu, beef with seafood sauce, and dry-cooked chicken. Our favorite Sichuan place (we go there in person for lunch occasionally) always seems to overfill the delivery containers, so we'll probably be having left-over left-overs again for lunch tomorrow.
And I have a bunch of apples I need to use up.

and a simple garden salad
I made it early in the day so I could bring some to sis (who had hand surgery on Monday).
I didn't eat any of it. I hit a HUGE wall of exhaustion at around 6:30 and just couldn't be bothered.
I was in bed by 8:30.
