I'm sipping on some mighty fine Costa Rican coffee. As it's Sunday, that makes it bacon and eggs day! Yeah!

Brew coffee strong and nearly black
Serve it hot right now - in a well-worn mug
Prep and ready a few fresh eggs in a very hot pan
Toss-in left-over sausage trimmed just so to please
Add whole mushrooms for a change and slather-on cheese
Sprinkle now a handful of just-warmed toast points to please
Breakfast is served on train-style porcelain with sweet smile ease
