New cookbook from the library: the recipe is White Bean Stew with Marinated Radicchio.
The radicchio is marinated in olive oil, lemon zest/juice, and then you top the stew with it.
Name of the cookbook is Every Season is Soup Season.
Probably a green salad to go with it, but this stew might be so much work I won't have time.
Pineapple-peach kombucha.

like chili for a couple days. I like using pork rinds instead of crackers in my chili.
