Chopped greens salad--a little watercress, iceberg, arugula, both red and green mustard, mustard flowers (which have a spicy, tangy flavor), chives, chopped marjoram, and onion flowers with homemade vinaigrette. Toasted walnuts in the salad.
Sliced zucchini, breaded with Italian seasoning in which I put marjoram and chives from the garden.
Small serving of Atlantic salmon with brown sugar glaze.
Dessert: hot mug of tea with a few Werthers.

Later will slice and prepare a Reuben sammie with Bavarian kraut.
Leftovers will be hash and
cold meat on bread with good mustard late at night after beers! Haha
Tossed salad plus a some shredded cabbage, broccoli florets and shredded left-over turkey breast with ranch dressing from the store.
