Tonight I am going to The Funhouse in Seattle for tacos and karaoke! New experience and should be fun!
El Corazon and Funhouse are a music venue housed together that can operate separately or in tandem for shows. Never know!

It’s a very metal venue and the karaoke should be rock solid. I hope! Haha

Just pulled this beast out of the oven:



I’ve been wanting lasagne for weeks, if not months, but kept forgetting to get the stuff to make it. Yay for grocery lists and actually remembering to take them to the store!

This sucker weighs like 3 lbs and my house smells fantastic because I used some red wine in the sauce. Can’t wait to dig in. Letting it cool down a bit first.

Had a large lunch of leftovers, so we just made up some small plates with salad, cheese, the last of a package of thinly sliced Italian sausage, and an olive bruschetta.
