Matzoh ball soup. I'm using leeks from my garden.
Cornbread mini-loaves which I am baking from scratch.
Dessert. Sliced half-apple with mint and agave.

I'm a big fan of corn bread. Made up a venison stew with fresh mustard greens last night. I'll make pumpkin, tomato, dried kale, cheddar, jalapeno corn bread to go with it tonight. And just went out and picked tart ripe mulberries for dessert.

(19,023 posts)Used the last of the deli chicken, simmered for awhile to make some broth. I made a small strawbeery cobbler, and used part of the biscuit dough to top the cobbler.
I'm stuffed!

(19,023 posts)Maybe you'd like it for lunch I don't like mashed potatoes and gravy as much as I used to, and I didn't used to like sausage gravy and biscuits, but now I do. I like creamed chipped beef, every once in awhile

(10,653 posts)since mozzerella comes in 1 lb chunks, and we use half of one per pizza, we tend to have 2 in a 10-14 day period. This week the toppings are red bell pepper and mushrooms.
