I made artichoke-jalapeno dip which I'm having with pita chips for a munchie while I make soup:
Leek and corn chowder with chicken. Herbs will be thyme and maybe basil.
Arugula salad with homemade vinaigrette.
Cherry kombucha.
For dessert, I might dress up the rest of my mango shake from breakfast with no-sugar ice cream.
