Breakfast Tuesday, 9 July 2024

Black coffee now ☕, later eggs over easy, sausage links, toast with marmalade jelly.

Thanks to Beryl it looks like heavy rain headed here today. They are predicting up to 4 1/2" over the next couple days. Actually it's been pretty dry here, so this could help our garden.

Good Morning

Avocado toast, to be specific. Mandarin and cold tea.

I really want some melon, so might head to the Korean green grocer after I take branches to the recycle center.

Emile, you will not believe how your garden will pick up after a good soaking. You can visibly see how happy the plants are.

my Brethren neighbor bringing me goat manure. He brought me another big load the other day. This will be spread across my garden this fall and tilled in. Over the last few years, this load here will make four loads on my garden. My tomato plants look great and I no longer have to spray them for blight.

Brethren dress like the Amish, but are allowed automobiles etc. He has 12 children and lives in an old farm house down on Redwood Creek. I help him out and pay him for the manure. Here is a Pic of what he brought me on Saturday.
