Toast with an egg that has green pepper, onion, and blue cheese on top. A few fresh arugula greens and cherry tomatoes.

I’ve discovered that for mint tea to stay good to the last drop, I have to freeze mint ice cubes.

I once tried this with caffeinated tea, however, and the results were not good.

Sixty-eight glorious degrees.
