I'm an old fella and will eat what i want. And I just had an ekg the other day and it came back fine.

And black coffee

Cottage cheese with stuffed olives (cheddar, feta). Chopped banana pepper and jalapeno with a small tomato. Also chopped celery leaves and oregano.

Toast with apricot marmalade.

My friend Nan gave me the peppers; I'm only growing bell peppers this year.

Later I might have some honeydew melon but FIRST, a walk through my gardens because it has rained for days.
