I stopped by my local Asian market today. Got wrappers (so I'm lazy) Napa cabbage, ginger, garlic chives, water chestnuts, mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, wood ears, carrots.

Dipping sauce: low-sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, chili oil, and black vinegar.

Can't wait for dinner.

It's enough to make the filling. And the sauce!

I once tried making potstickers and something like 8 hours later I was exhausted.

It will be my main meal of the day as I work later. Usually no time to eat properly. I will probably munch chips, salsa and avo spread during shift if I can.

Had the hambone in the freezer since Xmas.

Carrots, celery, onions, green cabbage, cannellini beans, kale.
