What's for Dinner, Mon., Labor Day, Sept. 2, 2024

Crab cakes with lemon and Yum Yum sauce (Benihana copycat recipe). Lemon quarters. Served over a bed of lettuce with fresh garden celery sliced into it.

Grilled yellow zucchini with goat cheese melted over the top. Marjoram leaves, chopped, along with chives.

Pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert remains to be seen. I have to go past Trader Joe's so I think I'll stop in if the crowds aren't too bad.

I'll be grilling to the sound of "Summer" by Calvin Harris on my remote headphones. Yeah!!!!

It’s a build your own place. But the pizza makers were totally done for the day and I suspect they had at least two more hours to go. Not at all friendly and throwing ingredients on the pizza I was gonna eat.

I am eating it but only because I am hungry. Fantasy football draft stated at 6:30 and ended around 8 so I waited to eat. Not such a good choice for a quick (usually good) bite.
