What's for Dinner, Fri., Sept. 27, 2024

I've had 3 bell peppers turn red, so I'm combining them with a couple of the green and doing stir fry. The recipe is Crispy Black Pepper Tofu Stir Fry.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: chocolate covered raspberry mini-bar.
