What's for Dinner, Wed., Oct. 9, 2024

Soup: broccoli-garbanzo soup. Also has cassava in it. Carrots, onions. Toasted artisan bread with butter and garlic. I'm using my leek broth I made earlier in the spring.

Wheat crackers with tzatziki. Also some with provolone and spicy tomato chili chutney.

Cherry kombucha.

Dessert: Chocolate chip cookie and milk.

furniture around in this house! Sloppy joes and spicy french fries! Yeah!

NJCher... I learn so much about "new" foods from your posts! I nearly always end up googling a food to see what it is, and what it looks like! Thanks for the enlightenment! (LOL)

with pancetta and caramelized onions. Using up stuff in the fridge prior to a trip to visit family next week.

Now, I have to figure out what to do with the nice-looking eggplant I harvested today.
