Later this morning, l'll have a bowl of irish cut oatmeal with pecans and apple bits with hot tea.

Green and yellow peppers, onion, oregano, bits of hot Italian turkey sausage, and scrambled egg on sun dried tomato tortilla.

I made all kinds of teas this weekend: chamomile sounds good this morning. I also made Bengali spice, and pu-erh, which rivals green tea in anti-inflammatory properties.
