Broccoli rabe, hot pepper flakes, parmesan, and garlic chives over a slice of pizza.

It started out as an omelette filling, but I couldn't find the eggs in the frig, so I found this slice of pizza and said, "This will do!"

Am sure to save some for frying eggs and having over a slice for breakfast!

I might try that with cassava root instead of potato.

On the way to work picked up a breakfast crunch wrap from Taco Hell

was today's breakfast.
