Spicy hot chicken wings, which I had a short time ago when my friend stopped over with a few orders. They were so hot I had to make a creamy dressing to tone them down.
Later I'm making Halloumi Salad With Almond Crunch and Tahini Dressing.
I love halloumi and put it in my air fryer. In additon to the halloumi, I'll have to make the almond cruch, which is sesame seeds, a little sugar, and chopped almonds. The recipe also calls for romaine, sliced carrots, radishes, apples, and dried cranberries.
The dressing is tahini with honey and cider dressing, diluted with a bit of water.
I'm also making cauliflower turmeric dip, but I'm not sure it will be ready by dinner time. Might be a tomorrow thing.
Dessert: Columbian coffee ice cream with espresso-chocolate bits.

(510 posts)I'd never heard of it, but I have a friend over who says her mother and grandmother both made it. So I'm going to give it a whirl. Along with egg noodles, broccoli, and a salad.
