What's for Dinner, Wed., Nov. 6, 2024

Brussels sprouts with Cranberry Balsamic Dressing.

Sice of turkey meatloaf.

Naan bread.

Cherry kombucha.

Trader Joe's finally had Brussels sprouts on the branch! It's been at least two years since I was able to get one. So super-fresh; I took them off the branch last night. For this recipe I am going to slice the sprouts on the mandoline.

I use the “2nd Avenue Deli” recipe, and added a few knobs of ginger and a head of garlic.

Jewish penicillin!
