I love reading recipes and this one sounds delicious. Thank you for sharing it. I saved it to my recipe file.

I had a brioche bun sandwich with pimento cheese and jalapeños. Whole milk and water.

I may have a small spring mix salad with feta and Italian dressing later or most likely save that for tomorrow and add a few more things.

I bought a single serving of triple chocolate cake yesterday at the bakery on the way home from the doctor and I may have that with a dollop of chocolate ice cream later. Also with whole milk.

Bon Appétit everyone!

❤️

Zatarain’s box mix with browned, ground chuck. Not feeling up to much more than that.
Coke to drink.

A little onion and tomato in there as well.

This was a leftover that was made in a skillet and finished in the oven.

Chopped romaine and organic spring mix are the greens. Add sliced tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, and red onion. Tossed in homemade Italian herb dressing. Top salad with chopped pickled beets, steamed baby peas and sliced Trader Joe’s plant based Italian Sausage which I roasted on my outdoor grill. Serve with toasted baguette slices. Iced Earl Grey tea to wash it down. Cheers!🥂
