Easy potato soup.

2 pound frozen diced potatoes diced or shredded
Diced onion celery
One stick butter
1 can Cream of chicken soup large this time i used cream mushroom
Clove garlic
2 containers chicken stock more if you like it loose as i do.
Cubed up ham as much or as little as you want
1- block cream cheese or sour cream.
1- pound Swiss cheese
1- ranch seasoning packet
I add butter celery onions garlic clove then potatoes sauté to your liking then basically just add everything else and let it simmer all day.

My wife would make hers with roux yet i watched video on this recipe I like it taste good.

Times i even top it with bacon crumbs.
