1. Cornbread galore!

I'm at the National Cornbread Festival in little S. Pittsburg, TN. Among the many food options is "cornbread alley," where you get a plate of 9 samples made by different local groups, including churches, 4-H club, and even the Marion County Democratic Party.This was the sample lineup on cornbread alley this year, and they also gave us all a flyer with the recipe for each one:

Bush's baked beans (zero sugar)
Sauerkraut
Corn on the cob
Velveeta shells and cheese
Fresh pineapple spears
