I'm not really very good at cooking and baking, but I still try.
Made a small (3 cups of flour) boule for my husband and me, today.
The house smells so good when the bread is baking.

I think you're not giving yourself enough credit for being a great cook/baker!
IMO, baking is the hard part. Cooking is an art, they say, and baking is a science. A little too much or too little of this or that and your bakery is destroyed. Much easier to cook than bake.
So kudos to you as you've mastered the hardest part first!
