What's for Dinner, Wed., Nov. 19, 2025

Charred corn, black bean, and tomato burritos. Will also add chopped avocado to the burrito.
Grated pepper jack over the top. I will warm the burritos in my air fryer oven. It's in the lower 40s here and I want something hot for dinner.

Some kinda' late evening soup or salad, but I'm not sure what yet.

Kombucha: cherry-ginger.

Dessert: already had it. Half a chocolate truffle bar.

We just finished painting our basement walls and floor and didn’t feel like cooking afterwards. Harvest Chili is great in a pinch. It’s not your usual tomato based version, but a thick, tasty soup that is actually quite good. Going to have a baked apple with Bryer’s plant-based vanilla ice cream on top for dessert. Cheers!🥂
