but I read what NJCher is having and I can’t get the words “fish fry” out of my mind! Think we might be getting takeout fish fries from a local tavern. Buffalo fish fries are about 4,000 calories if you eat all the sides. You only live once.
Thanks Cher for taking me off course…Cheers!

we're on the last of our money until the SS check comes in next week... I still had the small dinner rolls that I forgot about at Thanksgiving. So I bought a little ham and a little roast beef, and decided tonight is hot ham and cheese, as well as roast beef sliders; accompanied by crispy spicy french fries! I'm actually looking forward to it! I usually don't do these except as snacks at gatherings.

A juicy, seasoned chicken thigh is baked until tender, then served atop a golden bed of turmeric-infused rice with peas and sweet red pepper. It’s paired with a side of green sauce, bringing a herby, zesty, and creamy final drizzle, added yogurt.

That's lentils and rice,, Indian style, done in the Instant Pot. Kinda baby or convalescent food, but it snowed today and I didn't feel like going out for any groceries, so there we are.

...after my Brain MRI.
Weak Italian dressing
Fair to middling flavor, but the jalapeno slices saved it!

I added some pork wonton from a frozen stash, sliced cabbage, sliced mushrooms, and lots of green onion. Chili oil on top. Shoyu tare on the bottom. It made my brow sweat!
