I need to learn how to use my air fryer, crab cakes were a bit mushy

Visiting with neighbors. Pizza, beer and ice cream.

With shrimp, fake crab, and fresh mushrooms. Sugar snap peas. Pear cobbler for dessert with coffee.

Generic pork(?) dinner sausages with green cabbage.

Not a particularly tasty sausage IMO. They had been in the freezer a while.

But b/c of my yuge head cold, I can't taste any of it.

Should've made my hated liver-and-onions as what difference would it make?

Now settling down to ginger-and-tumeric tea.

Air-fried TJ’s falafels. Used lavash flat bread slathered with balsamic walnut dressing, added the falafels, sliced tomatoes, red onion, pickled beets, romaine leaves and a good squirt of tahini before wrapping up. Cheers!🥂
