This is my home celery bed as it looked when I went to cut some for tonight's dinner.
Salty Celery Salad with Anchovy. I have plenty of celery growing in my garden. It tastes so different than what I get at the store, which is bland in comparison. I'll also have romaine and oak leaf salad greens to add.
Also in the salad: garlic, chopped pickled peppers, sherry vinegar, and Parmesan cheese.
Lemon Pepper Pasta with Browned Butter. It has one lemon, zested, and Parmesan cheese. Crushed red pepper flakes to give it some spice.
Kombucha: Peach.
Dessert: Strawberry macaron. Cold decaf.
