Baked ham slices coated with sugar free maple syrup broiled until caramelized over spinach steamed with splash of olive oil and onion powder and mixed with brown rice. Ice cream topped with fresh home made blueberry jam -- no sugar added for dessert.

I have fresh zucchini to toss in along with onions, carrots, and red bell pepper.

Salad greens from the garden ( red and green leaf and red romaine lettuce) along with garden tomato (Beefsteak), cucumbers, and red onion.

I’m sure there’s some kind of ice cream in the freezer for the guys. Drumsticks, I think.

It’s our last night at anchor. Tomorrow we’ll sail to Connecticut for my 50th HS reunion. We’re running low on provisions so the First Mate is getting creative to use up the bits.

Romaine lettuce for the base then chopped red onion, slices of green & red peppers, cherry tomatoes and black olive slivers. We have breaded/fried chicken breast from the other night so those are sliced to go on top. Blue cheese dressing and croutons. Dark chocolate, red wine and backgammon for dessert.

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. It’s all done on the stovetop, so it kept the kitchen cool.

Uhm, had ice cream as an “appetizer” before I started making the clam sauce, so I’m not sure if I’m gonna have anything for dessert lol
