Is anyone here familiar with buildings such as this one?
https://www.americanmetalbuildings.com/24x36-metal-storage-building/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwpv2TBhDoARIsALBnVnn2v4zmHU823OXv0LO0Hb_ejOsLqL-G_G76vPwj3VzQTrRbCGEafn8aAoZwEALw_wcB
If so, do these buildings need a slab foundation? Obviously would need finish out, etc.
I have more questions if anyone is willing to answer them. Thanks in advance!!!

(15,507 posts)Not there just yet, but getting closer. I need to learn ALL that I can so that I know if we are being scammed, a bid is reasonable, etc.
So I figured I would start now and see if anyone on DU might be able to offer some information.
Hope you are well!!!

I would say call the seller/manufacturer and ask for info/recommendations.

I would also say that such buildings can be ovens in summer, so make sure there is an exhaust fan on at least one gable end, a fan that can be covered up in winter.
As for cheesy, cheap sheds, I've seen them floating down the arroyos here after a large thunderstorm.
